The first step in the process is creating the leaves. We start with a large sheet of green fabric that is synthetic silk or plastic which is fed into our special artificial leaf-making machine. This machine cuts out thousands of individual leaves which are then assembled by hand onto fake branches. Once all the leaves are in place, the branch is fed through a splicing machine which Binds them together using a strong adhesive.

Next, the fake leaves are assembled onto the branches. This is done by hand, and it’s amazing to see how quickly the workers can put the leaves onto the branches. Once the leaves are set onto the branches perfectly it’s time for the next step.

After that, the fake branches are spliced together to create a fuller plant. This is also done by hand, and it’s interesting to see how the workers are able to perfectly align the branches so that they fit together perfectly. Sometimes a variety of different plants are combined together and other times same plants are combined together. But they are done in such a way that they look aesthetic.

Once the artificial plants are fully assembled, it’s time for them to go into their respective pots. These pots are different from one another. Some are ceramic and some are wooden and others are made up of plastic. These pots make the plants look even more realistic and beautify them more!
Package and delivery
Finally, the artificial plants are packaged up and sent out for delivery. They are packed in bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. And then these boxes are ready to be shipped to the customers and other business retailers. It’s amazing to see how quickly the entire process happens, from start to finish!
